The "Sailing Ship BLUE OCEAN Mirai e" is the only sailing ship in Japan that is open to the public. It is based in Kobe and operates irregularly, calling at various ports for trial voyages, sail training (human resource training using a sailing ship) and marine environmental education. (Owned and operated by NPO ZERI Japan)
