The sea restaurant "Densuke Chaya" in the annex of Hotel Sanmi Club is a Japanese restaurant with the best location overlooking Sagami Bay and the charm of fresh seafood. The signature menu is live horse mackerel dishes that are freshly fried from the aquarium. The crispy and fluffy texture of "live horse mackerel fry" is truly exquisite!
てっきり自分で網で捕れるのかと思っていたら
既に料理として出てきてビックリ。
そっちだったか。
たたきとフライの食べ比べ。
たたきはプリッとしてて美味。
フライはゴマをすってソースに入れて、それをかける形で
ゴマの風味も感じられるフライで美味。
衣が確かに他で食べるような鯵フライとは違ってサクサクしてた。
個人的にはたたきの方が好みでした。
