It is a udon soba shop founded in 1981. Udon craftsmen will carefully guide you from the beginning to the soft and chewy Chikugo udon noodles. You can eat the udon noodles you made yourself on the spot, and take the rest of the noodles you made as a souvenir to your home.
初めてうどん打ち体験をしました。準備物などは特になく必要なもの（エプロン等）は用意してくれていました。体験する場所は綺麗で清潔感があり、教えてくれた方がとても優しく、初めてでも楽しく分かりやすく体験出来ました。当日、自分たちが打った生地は持ち帰り用で、1日寝かせた生地を伸ばして切り、量や具材の種類を選んで、お店の中で食べました。お店の方みなさん、素敵な方でした。持ち帰った生地も、やせうまやだんご汁にして美味しく頂きました。お土産に買っていった麺も好評でした。また行きたいです。
