You can easily experience making food samples. It is held every day at 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, and 16:00! The instructor will give a detailed lecture, so it can be enjoyed by a wide range of ages, from children over 3 years old (preschoolers must be accompanied by a guardian) to adults. We also sell miscellaneous goods in the store, so please stop by when you are in Osaka.
This store is a 5-minute walk from Namba Subway Station. It is located in the Sennichimae Doguyasuji shopping street, which is an interesting shopping street lined with kitchen goods and tableware stores that are purchased by people in the restaurant industry. The area is packed with tourist spots such as Dotonbori, Nihonbashi, and Kuromon Market, so you can easily visit them while sightseeing.
You can purchase food samples made by artisans from all over Japan. Many items made at Design Pocket's own factory are also on display, making it a great place to take commemorative photos.
We employ graduates from our own craftsman training school, so all of our staff members have the skills to make food samples as craftsmen, so they'll be happy to answer any questions you may have!
