At Yokohama Hula Studio, we hope that when you move your body while listening to beautiful songs, you will feel that your heart is calm and clear, and that it feels good to express the lyrics. Born in 1970. I started going to Hawaii when I was in my 20s and learned hula in Japan. The teachers are wonderful people who have continued to study under Hawaiian kumu (masters) and are well-versed in the culture and history of the Hawaiian language, and I was able to spend valuable time with them. After getting married, it became difficult to continue going to school as much as when I was single, so I started Yokohama Hula Studio in August 2007 while searching for a form of learning that I could do in my life.In January 2021, I became a Hula-Me Rehua member. ``I want to continue learning about Hawaii'' and ``I want to share what I've learned.'' Nae, representative of Yokohama Hula Studio, is in charge of “face-to-face weekday Hula classes,” “face-to-face weekend Hula classes,” and “online hula lessons.”
