Yamagata At our studio in Hakusu-cho, Miyama, Japan, we have hands-on, electric wheeling and painting experiences. Showa 36 Year A moat was found on the terrace of the Ekigawa River, which flows under the important cultural property Miyama Kannon, and many tools and pottery were found. Revived by Mr. Masayoshi Umemura, a teacher who discovered the wonder of pottery and rokuro technology, such as pottery pieces, water droplets in a hand, and a bowl. That is "Fukayama Yaki." You can experience the Miyama pottery at our studio.
In Miyama, we are making safflower as a glaze. It was introduced on TV as "a popular zodiac pottery in Yamagata City's first city" and will be called a "de-salary potter" by telop.
