A log house near Amagi-goe - Joren Falls in the middle of Izu is a landmark. This is a plan where you can experience making pizza in a handmade stone oven (geo kiln) made from lava (scoria) from a volcano (Mt. Hachikubo). Stretch out the fermented pizza dough and add any toppings you like with fresh local ingredients. If you put it in a stone oven at about 300 degrees, piping hot pizza will be ready in about 3 to 4 minutes. This is a trout fishing spot in Nakaizu, Izu City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Because it is directly connected to the fish farm, you can enjoy safe and secure trout fishing born and raised in Izu. Anyone can do it! Pets are also welcome! All tools can be rented. Both children and women can enjoy fishing with peace of mind. You can also grill and eat the fish you catch on the spot. FARMERS HILL CAMP This plan allows you to bake pizza, chop firewood, and cut logs (to make coasters) while day camping. Please enjoy the hot pizza baked in our handmade stone oven. 1. Roll out the dough that has already been fermented. 2. Top with homemade bacon and fresh vegetables harvested from the field. 3. Place in the blazing stone oven for about 4 minutes. 4. We will provide seats for each group, so please enjoy in the garden full of nature. We will also secure a covered area on rainy days, so you can rest assured. As a special offer for groups, we will provide one steamed young chicken baked in a Dutch oven for every six people. You will be satisfied with the softness that seems to melt in your mouth for about three hours over a low heat. For cutting logs, we will cut the branches of trees brought from the mountains of Amagi with a saw. Please use it as a coaster. Chopping firewood is also recommended for lack of exercise and stress relief! A plan that you can enjoy all day from 9am to 4pm. It is safe for those who want to drink alcohol. Note) Only sites are rented for day camping. Please bring your own tables, chairs, tarps, tents, etc.
