It is a full-fledged experience that starts with stuffing the body with cotton and then sewing it together with a needle and thread, and is fun for both children and adults. Feedback and advice 10-20 minutes *For those who would like a course that includes more detailed information on Buddhism and meditation and counseling tailored to each individual, we recommend a separate 90-minute course.
