With the guidance of a tea farmer who has been engaged in the tea industry for generations in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, you will learn about Japanese tea culture through the traditional game "Tea Kabuki" where you can drink the types of tea that have been passed down since the Muromachi period (1336–1573). You can hear from tea farmers who carry out all of the production, tea making, and sales in-house about the flavor and taste created from the ingenuity and commitment of the production site, and the depth of Japanese tea.
