主婦4人の温泉旅行で練り切り作りに参加しました。1時間ほどで3つの和菓子を作るのですが、同じ色付けでもそれぞれが違う色になり、ハサミを使って模様をつけるなども本格的で楽しめました。お土産として持ち帰り、家族との会話も弾み、オススメです。

とっても楽しかったし、抹茶も美味しかったです！練り切り作りをしましたが、わかりやすく教えていただきました。 ただ、お客さんが多かったこともあり、店員さんが他の机にいることが多く、待ち時間が多く感じたため4.5とさせて頂きました。ですが、全体的にすごく楽しい体験が出来ました。ありがとうございました！

素材、手法の違う冬の和菓子を学びながら最後の行程をさせて頂きました。 お茶会などで美味しく食べてきた和菓子がもっと親しくなり、もった好きになりました。 師匠さんが、気難しい方かな？と思っていましたが、行程も分かりやすく、私たちの面白い形になった作品をやさしく楽しく包んで下さいました。 また違う季節の和菓子を作ってみたいと思います。
