主婦4人の温泉旅行で練り切り作りに参加しました。1時間ほどで3つの和菓子を作るのですが、同じ色付けでもそれぞれが違う色になり、ハサミを使って模様をつけるなども本格的で楽しめました。お土産として持ち帰り、家族との会話も弾み、オススメです。

とっても楽しかったし、抹茶も美味しかったです！練り切り作りをしましたが、わかりやすく教えていただきました。ただ、お客さんが多かったこともあり、店員さんが他の机にいることが多く、待ち時間が多く感じたため4.5とさせて頂きました。ですが、全体的にすごく楽しい体験が出来ました。ありがとうございました！

以前、和菓子職人さんに練り切り作りを教えてもらったことがあり、その楽しさが忘れられなかったのと自分へのご褒美会のメニューのひとつとして利用させていただきました。若い女性スタッフさんでしたが、説明が適切かつ分かりやすく不器用な私でもなんとか蝶々と菜の花の練り切りを作ることができました。とにかく楽しかったです。ただ日本の伝統を教える方としては和装のことや能楽、歌舞伎のことをご存知なかったことが残念で星マイナス0.5とさせていただきました。また季節が変わる頃に体験させていただきたいです。ありがとうございました。
