You can enjoy SUP at the top of the Niyodo River, where the water flows in from Yasui Valley, where the Niyodo blue is the most beautiful. Enjoy a half-day river rafting trip on the Shimanto River! Morning session: 9:00-12:30 Afternoon session: 13:00-16:30 This is a 6km rafting course dotted with rapids and gentle currents created by the topography of the Shimanto River. The upstream is relatively rapid, the midstream meanders greatly, and the downstream flows slowly. The area around Natural Groove, located in the midstream, has few man-made structures and is filled with nature. In addition to experiencing the typical rafting experience of going down the rapids on a rafting boat and diving into rocky areas, you can also enjoy river SUP on the gentle current. Come and experience the unique Shimanto River where you can enjoy both rafting and SUP!

Why not experience the charm of SUP on the largest sandbar in the Shimanto River, where you can float on the river and paddle while operating it yourself at a point with little current in the Shimanto River? ◎ There are infinite ways to play. You can go to the diving spot and enjoy diving, stand in the river, or if the water level is normal, you can ride a little current. If you have a SUP, you can enjoy playing in the river in Shimanto. Morning session 9:00-11:30 Afternoon session 13:00-15:30 ◎ About the safety of the tour In addition to learning the water rescue qualification Rescue 3 and lifesaving first aid qualification, you will be accompanied by a guide who has experience in boat operation, first aid, practical application in running water, and tour results. ◎ New facilities have been installed to make it even more comfortable March 2024 NATURAL GROOVE is located on the grounds of Mishima Campsite and is affiliated with the campsite. Customers who participate in the tour can use the shower room and toilet at the campsite. The campsite is scheduled to reopen in spring 2024 with new facilities and an even more comfortable stay.

The charm of the Shimanto River is the alternating rapids and gentle currents. If you want to go down the river while riding the current of the Shimanto River, we recommend the one-day river SUP tour. The difficulty level increases suddenly when you go down the river where there is a current! In the morning, SIJ and SUPA certified instructors will give a thorough lecture on the basic operation of SUP and the current of the river so that even beginners can try the current. After lunch, in the afternoon, you will go on an adventure down the Shimanto River while looking at the "submerged bridge" that is synonymous with the Shimanto River and the beautiful river scenery that cannot be seen from the road! The course starts from the submerged bridge and returns to Mishima Campsite, taking on two flowing water points. You will be addicted to the exhilaration of paddling a long distance and riding the rapids! If you are worried about going down the flowing water, we will respond flexibly, such as having you ride the guide's SUP.
