今回は初のビーチヨガも体験! ヨガもsupも波の音を感じながらとても楽しくリフレッシュできました! 身体を動かす機会が少なくなっていたので、 参加できてよかったです! スタッフさんも皆さん丁寧で優しく対応してくれるので初回利用を含めてラウンジエバーさんのプランを選んで良かったと思いました! またsupもビーチヨガも参加したいです!

雨も心配されましたが 全然問題なし、波も穏やかで初心者にはもってこいとのこと。 太めなので浮くか心配してましたが100kgまで大丈夫 といわれて一安心 いざやってみると見るのと、やるのは大違い それなりにバランスとらないといけないので やりがいアリ、乗れて多少の波でも落ちなくて すむようになると、また楽しくなります。 1日あれば、余裕で乗れます。 後半は自由に乗れてとても充実してました。 また行きたいと思います。
