Enjoy SUP on the beautiful cobalt blue lake known as "Shiman Blue"! The most attractive thing about Lake Shima is the color of the lake water! Its unique blue color is called "Shiman Blue" and is so beautiful that people come from far away and repeat visitors alike. Lake Shima is also surrounded by broadleaf forests and is rich in birds, insects and other creatures. It is an environment rich in nature. With SUP, you can experience the charm of Lake Shima as if you were taking a walk by gliding on the water. In the "R-LABO" tour, we thoroughly teach participants according to their level, as we want all participants to enjoy SUP to the fullest. For SUP beginners, we carefully teach them how to stand and paddle on their own, and for intermediate and above, we teach advanced techniques such as turning and paddling in a gentle current and how to balance using a paddle. We also welcome people who just want to relax on the water on a SUP.

We hold SUP tours on the Katsura River in Yamanashi. Try stand-up paddle boarding in the clear, flowing waters of the Katsura River. Each person gets on a SUP board and paddles forward, allowing you to enjoy a walk on the water. Try out the activities you can do on a SUP board and refresh your mind and body! Why not try a special experience while enjoying the scenery in the great outdoors? Easy access from the city center. Participants from the first grade of elementary school are welcome! Friends and couples are also welcome♪ ~Meeting time~ Varies depending on the season <3/1-7/18 9/24-10/31> 13:15 <7/19-9/23> 15:15 ~What to bring~ ・Swimsuit (synthetic fiber underwear for wetsuits is OK) ・Bath towel ・Water shoes (rentals are also available) ・Glasses bands for those who wear glasses (also available for sale) ~Plan flow~ ①Meeting and reception: 10 minutes You will be asked to sign the participation consent form and injury insurance consent form. ② Changing clothes: 20 minutes After changing into your wetsuit in the changing room, we will move to the starting point by car. When we arrive at the starting point, we will give a safety briefing, so please listen carefully. ③ Tour start: 90 minutes While enjoying the scenery of the deep valley, there are plenty of fun activities such as boating and jumping from rocks. ④ End of tour / changing clothes: 30 minutes Return to the base by car, change clothes, and then you are free to disband. Please relax at the base where you can see the train.
