朝からだったのでプライベートな空間でゆっくり意識しながらsup&yogaを体験しました。 波と風を感じてながれるまま気持ちよく、最終的には海に落ちて、童心に帰りました。 いただいたハーブティーで一息ついてゆっくりとした時間を経験しました。 少し到着が遅れてご迷惑をかけてしまいましたが、丁寧に指導していただきありがとうございました。
