Departing from Asahikawa Station! This is a snowshoe hiking tour that takes you around Mt. Asahidake from Daisetsuzan Ropeway Sugatami Station. A professional guide will give you various lectures on the key points of winter mountain hiking. This tour is recommended for those who want to make their snowshoeing debut. After arriving at Sugatami Station using the ropeway, put on your snowshoes and take a walk through the vast, pure white snowfield. If the weather is good, you can see the snow-covered Mt. Asahidake. After descending the mountain, you can stop at a hot spring if you wish. Please note that the ropeway fee and bathing fee must be paid by each participant. *In the event of bad weather, the route may be changed to ensure safety. Thank you for your understanding. This is a snowshoe hiking tour that climbs Arashiyama near Asahikawa. It's fun just stepping on the fluffy powder snow! Would you like to take a hike through the quiet winter forest? You can also enjoy the snow slide! A spectacular view unique to winter awaits you at the observation deck at the top of the mountain! If you have the right timing, you might even be able to meet some animals that live in the forest. A professional guide will give you various lectures on the key points of winter hiking. We provide free transportation to and from Asahikawa Station. There are two half-day tours a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The trial time is about 3 hours, so you can easily participate. This tour is recommended for those who want to snowshoe hike in the northern land. This guided tour can be given in English.

This tour is recommended for those who want to make their snowshoeing debut. Use the ropeway and chairlift to strap on your snowshoes and explore the snow-covered winter forest. If the weather is good, you can see snow-covered Mt. Kurodake and Mt. Niseikausuppe. You can also enjoy super long snow slides. After descending the mountain, you can stop by Sounkyo Onsen if you wish.
