The Character Design Bootcamp is an experiential program held in Niigata, the city of manga and anime, where participants can learn in depth about character creation for anime, comics, and games. You will not only gain the skills to differentiate all the types of sake, but you will also learn the best food pairing options for each type. The lecture takes place in a renovated traditional Japanese home that is now a restaurant-café with a unique retro feel. First, you will receive our Sake presentation. Then, you can test your new skills with practice. Try four different types of Sake and match them with freshly prepared delicious traditional Japanese dishes.
