After arriving at Sugatami Station using the ropeway, put on your snowshoes and take a walk through the vast, pure white snowfield. If the weather is good, you can see the snow-covered Mt. Asahidake. After descending the mountain, you can stop at a hot spring if you wish. You can take a ropeway from Asahidake Onsen at the foot of the mountain to the 5th station at an altitude of 1,600m, making it one of the most popular mountains in the Daisetsu Mountain Range. The view from the summit is outstanding! You can see the majestic Daisetsu Mountain Range. After descending, you can take a bath in a nearby hot spring.
