Refresh your mind and body with the power of nature and enjoy a blissful time with the beautiful scenery of the Seto Inland Sea. [Example: 1 hour / 3 sets] **0:00-0:10** (10 minutes) "1st set: Sauna session" - Beginners: Enter the sauna for 8 minutes. - Experienced people: Enter the sauna for 10 minutes. - After finishing, cool down for 1-2 minutes in the Seto Inland Sea. **0:10-0:25** (15 minutes) "Rest & Hydration" - Take a 10-15 minute break in the relaxation area. Refresh your mind and body while hydrating. - Freely adjust the break time within the range of 10-15 minutes according to your physical condition. **0:25-0:35** (10 minutes) "Second set: Sauna session" - Beginners: Enter the sauna for 8 minutes. - Experienced people: Enter the sauna for 10 minutes. - After finishing, cool down again for 1-2 minutes in the Seto Inland Sea. **0:35-0:50** (15 minutes) "Rest & hydration" - Take another 10-15 minute break. Prepare your body properly and hydrate. **0:50-1:00** (10 minutes) "Third set: Sauna session" - Beginners: 8 minutes, experienced people: 10 minutes sauna session. - After finishing, refresh your mind and body with a final 1-2 minute cool down. [Points] Sauna time: Beginners 8 minutes, increase by 1-2 minutes as you get used to it. Experienced people will do a 10 minute sauna. Cool down: After each set, cool down in the Seto Inland Sea for 1-2 minutes to cool down your body appropriately. Rest time: Take a 10-15 minute break after each set. Adjust the time according to your physical condition, and make sure to hydrate and relax.
