Takeno Town is located just 10 minutes by train from Kinosaki Onsen. Along the coast of Takeno-cho, Toyooka City, Hyogo Prefecture, there is not only the beautiful color of the sea, but also a variety of geology and topography from the formation of the Sea of Japan to the present day. In addition, Takeno-cho still has a townscape of houses made of roasted cedar boards that have been passed down since ancient times, and the townscape still has the atmosphere of a small Japanese fishing port. In Takeno, a quiet town where old Japanese houses still remain, you can experience a variety of activities that allow you to experience the Japanese countryside. A kayaking tour that goes through the Kumano River and Kitayama River, which are full of negative ions and are filled with abundant water, nurtured in a rich forest where you can still see the scales of "an undeveloped land where trees grow densely", which is the etymology of Kumano. Among the pilgrimage routes (Kumano Kodo), we are guiding the "Kumano River" (Hongu-Shingu), which is said to be the "river pilgrimage route", and the "Kitayama River", which is famous for its raft in Yoshino Kumano National Park. Both of these are designated as Yoshino Kumano National Park. Yoshino Kumano National Park, "Kumano Nada" in the southern part of the Kii Peninsula where the Kuroshio is washed, the rough coastline and the rich sea of the Kuroshio are spreading. Take a sea kayak tour of Nachikatsuura (Nachi Bay), which is famous for its tuna fishing port, and Moriura and Taiji Bay, which are famous for whales. Under the guidance of qualified guides from the American Canoe Association, Japan Safety Canoeing Association, and Japan Recreational Canoe Association, you can slowly row down the Kumano Kodo in a small group. ~ Flow of the day ~ 10:00 Meeting 11:00 Put-in 12:00 Lunch 15:00 Take-out car forwarding / dissolution * Dissolution time may change depending on weather conditions, water level, etc.

"Sagaribana" is in full bloom from late June to early July "only for about a month". It is an overnight flower that blooms at night and falls in the morning, so we will pick you up at the inn at 4 o'clock in the early morning! I will row a canoe under the starry sky and go to see the full bloom of Sagaribana. Sagaribana with the atmosphere of dawn and the voice of birds in the BGM is the best to say the least. The petals that make a popping noise and fall to the surface of the water are also quaint, and while watching the rising sun in front of you, you will go down the river surface of Sagaribana all over. Near the mouth of the river, mangroves reflect on the surface of the water and give a fantastic view. It is a guide recommended tour of "only this time"! !! [Time schedule] <04:00> Pick up at your accommodation ↓ <04:15> Arrive at Maira River ↓ <04:30> Start canoeing after completing paddle training ↓ <05:30> Sagaribana upstream Observation / break ↓ <07:30> Arrive at the mouth of the river on the Maera side ↓ <08: 00> Send to the inn and end the tour
