Our staff will take care of the troublesome setup, construction and lighting, so all you have to do is relax. You can enjoy the sauna at the best spot for the weather conditions of the day. Once you're warmed up, dive into the river or ocean! We will take you to an unprecedented, exquisite experience of relaxation! It is also possible to combine it with other tours. This is an active sauna experience plan that allows you to refresh your mind and body with the nature of Omishima! First, warm up your body thoroughly in the tent sauna, then dive into the Seto Inland Sea to cool down. After that, enjoy the spectacular view of the Seto Inland Sea while freely exploring the sea with a SUP (stand up paddle)! "This plan allows you to enjoy an active SUP experience and an exquisite balance of a relaxing sauna and cool down." [Example: 2 hours 3 sets schedule + SUP adventure] 0:00-0:15 (15 minutes) 1st set: Sauna session Beginners will have an 8-minute sauna session, and those who are used to it will have a 10-minute sauna session. After the sauna, dive into the Seto Inland Sea as a 1-2 minute cool down to refresh your body. 0:15-0:35 (20 minutes) SUP adventure experience (first session) After the sauna, get on the SUP board and proceed on the calm waters of the Seto Inland Sea. Even if you are a beginner, the staff will support you and you can easily experience the fun of SUP. 0:35-0:50 (15 minutes) 2nd set: Sauna session Beginners will enter the sauna for 8 minutes, and those who are used to it will enter the sauna for 10 minutes, and then cool down again for 1-2 minutes in the Seto Inland Sea. 0:50-1:10 (20 minutes) SUP adventure experience (2nd session) Get on the SUP again and take a walk on the sea a little further this time. Spend a relaxing time while enjoying the tranquility of nature and the beautiful scenery of the Seto Inland Sea. 1:10-1:30 (20 minutes) Break & hydration Take a 20-minute break in the relaxation area. Refresh your mind and body. 1:30-1:45 (15 minutes) 3rd set: Sauna session Finally, enter the sauna for 8-10 minutes to warm up your body thoroughly. After the sauna, cool down with a 1-2 minute Seto Inland Sea dive to balance your mind and body. 1:45-2:00 (15 minutes) SUP relaxation time Finally, get on the SUP and spend your time relaxing on the sea freely. It's a relaxing, slow-paced experience, perfect for spending time in nature.
