Kickboxing course - Join in with the regular classes, no sparring compulsion. Workout fitness course- Join in with the regular classes. Fri. 20:00-23 Sat. 14:00-16:00) (Muscle fitness 2 times, Tue. 20:00-21:00, Sat. 18:30-19:30 )Other than that, I choose a certain amount of time a day for individual practice one-on-one.

Sandboard is a sport that slides down a sand slope with a board, created in desert-rich Western Australia. We will slide down from the top of the dunes to the Sea of Japan at a stretch! The thrill and exhilaration that go on the slope of 30 degrees slope is unbearable! ! There is no doubt that I am addicted to a unique sense! !

Our gym doesn't have any machines, so trainer Tomoko puts stress on the guests for strength training. Trainer Tomoko is a powerlifting champion, so she can accommodate male guests as well. It can be used to relieve lack of exercise or for catch-up training while traveling.
