In spring, you can go rafting down the rapids of the Tone River, which is swollen from the melting snow, for over an hour. In summer, you can enjoy the thrill of running through the river along the refreshing valley. In summer, you can jump from rocks and enjoy playing in the waves with a paddle or swimming in the river.
