This is a full-scale electric potter's wheel experience plan that will help you realize your "I've always wanted to try this!". You can casually enjoy the comfort of touching the clay on the spinning potter's wheel and the fun of shaping with your own hands. With this plan, you can create up to two pieces per person. You can freely create teacups, small bowls, large plates, mugs, etc. according to your purpose and preferences. The rhythmic shaping process unique to the electric potter's wheel feels like you are talking to the clay. Enjoy your time immersed in the moist feel of the clay. You can choose from more than 10 types of glaze (color) within the experience fee. The instructor will carefully scrape, glaze, and fire the completed work, and it will be finished in about two months. After firing, you can pick it up at the classroom or have it delivered to your home for an additional shipping fee. In addition, if you want to make a larger work or try multiple works, you can purchase additional clay on the day (from 1,100 yen per 1 kg). The instructor will carefully support you from the very beginning in how to use the potter's wheel and how to shape the potter's wheel, so even beginners can feel at ease. There is a very easy-to-understand video teaching material, so you can watch it and expand your imagination before starting, so you can smoothly start making things. This is a feature of the electric potter's wheel experience at Tsumu. Participation by one person is also welcome. An electric potter's wheel experience where you concentrate on shaping the spinning clay. Even a slight distortion can cause the shape to collapse, so it's not something you can do quickly or easily. We will provide you with the maximum support, so even beginners can feel free to try pottery. The sense of accomplishment you feel when you finish is wonderful. [Experience flow] ① When the reservation time comes, enter the store and leave your luggage. ② When you sit down, fill in the address of the destination to which the finished product will be sent. ③ Before the experience, please tell the staff "the shape and size of the vessel you want to make". ④ The experience starts. Slowly and carefully stretch the clay vertically. ⑤ Once the clay is firmly stretched thinly, you can freely create any shape you like. (The experience time is approximately 20 minutes) ⑥ Please feel free to ask us to take photos with your smartphone during the experience. ⑦ Your work will be carefully fired by the craftsmen of Zuikogama and delivered to you in one and a half to two months.
