This is a half-day tour of the Mangrove National Park Special Protection Area for a small group of up to 4 people. This is a SUP tour in the mangroves of Amami Oshima, a World Heritage Site. Even if it's your first time, you can rest assured as you will receive a SUP lesson first. Kazboga has been guiding customers on its first mangrove SUP tour for 13 years. We aim to go at high tide, so we may adjust the time after you apply.

This course includes a lecture on the experience (plus) paddle form instruction, quick turn practice, how to paddle faster, ocean conditions, wind conditions, and slope conditions. We will also teach you self-rescue (crisis management and escape methods when doing SUP) and other various curriculums, and we will teach you in a full 2.5 hours. This is a course with breaks in between, so you can acquire basic knowledge and skills. Of course, you can take this course first, not from our 120-minute course, and try your first SUP challenge. This course is recommended for those who want to rent SUP overseas or at other resorts and enjoy it. Recommended for those who want to improve their SUP skills. After the school, you will step up to a level where you can enjoy SUP by yourself with confidence.

Enjoy the scenic spots that represent Amami, "Kinsakubaru Primeval Forest" and "Mangrove Primeval Forest" in one day! You will be guided by Shun Shirahata, a certified guide of the Amami Islands. Families with children are also welcome! You are sure to enjoy Amami Oshima to the fullest! [Recommended points] ・ Lunch is provided with an island bento box made with ingredients from the island! ・ Enjoy both the mangroves and Kinsakubaru! ・ You can also choose to charter the tour! Enjoy freely with your family, friends, or partner. ・ It is a one-day tour from 9:00 to 17:00, so you can enjoy a leisurely Amami time. ~ Flow of the day ~ * The schedule below is an example when the pick-up location is the center of Naze. 9:00 If you would like to be picked up and dropped off, meet at the hotel or Amanico Shop, and the tour itinerary will be explained. 9:40 After arriving at the site, there will be a lecture on how to paddle a canoe. 10:00 Mangrove canoe tour: High tide is recommended for those who want to have a lot of fun canoeing, and low tide is recommended for those who want to land on the tidal flats and observe the wildlife! 12:30 Lunch: Eat an island bento lunch at a scenic spot. 14:15 Head to Kinsakubaru Primeval Forest. Enter the forest road. Drive 4.5 km on the unpaved forest road to the gate of Kinsakubaru Primeval Forest. Enjoy the natural streams, springs, and scenery along the way. 14:45 Arrive in front of the Kinsakubaru Primeval Forest gate, and start the approximately 2 km Kinsakubaru trek. 16:30 Trekking ends. 17:00 Pick-up and drop-off at the hotel or Amanico Shop.
