そば打ち歴25年という先生に、新設丁寧にそば打ちを教えていただきました。そばは打ち初めてなこともあり、そば粉をこねるのも、麵の形に切るのも最初は上手にできませんでした。それでも先生に和やかな笑顔で優しく教えていただけ、最後は何とかそれなりに形に上達(というほどでもないでしょうが)できたと思います。おかげさまで、楽しみながら初めてのそば打ちを体験をすることができました。そしてそばを打ち終わったあとがまた良かったんです。自分で打ったそばを茹でてもらえ、食べることができるんです。それも、おいしく上がった天ぷら付きで。茹で上がったそばは、自分が切ったとおり、太いのやら細いのやらが混在してて。そんなふうに見た目は悪いんですが、自分で打ったという愛着もひとしおのそばを、おいしく揚がったてんぷらと一緒に食べることができました。そば打ちの先生、受付していただいた女性職員の方、会計のところにおられた男性職員の方、厨房でそばを茹でてくれた女性職員の方、皆さんにすごくよくしていただき、本当に感謝です。施設の皆さんの対応も本当に暖かく、これを機会に自分でも自宅でそば打ちしてみようかなあ、と本気で考えているほどです。ありがとうございました。

The gentle road along the ridge goes over the snow cornices, the food marks of animals, the footprints of walking, and so on. It's a small discovery, but it's a great pleasure to find it in nature or by yourself! This is the most popular program with the most applications.
