着物レンタルは過去に何度も利用したことが有り、VASARAも鎌倉店は2回ほど利用していますが銀座店は史上最悪の対応です。お代を返して然るべきの酷い対応です。利用を検討されている方はお気をつけ下さい。 指摘したい点があまりに多い為、以下箇条書きとします。 ・9時半予約で9時25分に店舗に到着するも混雑により受付や着付け、ヘアセットなど、全てにおいて時間がかかり、出発できたのは12時半。 ・連れと2人で来店しているにも関わらず、ヘアセットを別々にされ、片方がセットしている間は待ちぼうけ。また、自分よりも後に来た客を先にヘアセットに案内。こちらから声をかけるまでスタッフは気が付かなかったようで、長時間待たされた。また、待ち時間の案内も無い。 ・ツースターのヘアセットを頼んだが雑でぐちゃぐちゃユルユルの状態。街を歩くのも恥ずかしく感じる程の汚さ。到底有料とは思えないクォリティ。 ・入店から既に2時間半経過しているにも関わらず、こちらが指摘するまで謝罪しない ・ヘアアクセサリーについて金額の説明がなく、「どれにしますか？」とだけ聞かれ、造花を選択したところ、500円かかった。選んだ時点では何も説明されず、会計後に発覚。 ・他の客も長時間待たされていたようで立腹していた。苛立つ客が複数人いて、こちらも気分が悪かった。

Please arrive 5 minutes before your reservation time. We have over 200 designs of kimono, and we have a variety of plans that allow you to freely change into your favorite kimono. Dressing and hair styling by staff with 12 years of experience. Our staff will dress you in your kimono from the underwear to the obi. For free hair styling, we will tie your hair simply and provide over 100 hair ornaments, which you can add as many as you like for free. For special hair styling, we also offer paid options, so please feel free to ask us. You can carry the necessary accessories in a Japanese-style bag with your kimono. We cannot accept valuables, so please carry them in a drawstring bag or Japanese-style bag. Once you are ready, enjoy a walk around Asakusa. There are many tourist attractions in Asakusa, so feel free to ask the staff for recommendations. Please return the kimono 30 minutes before closing time.
