"GEISHA BOY" is a geisha transformation experience plan supervised by Takafuji Ukon, the second generation of Takafuji School of Creative Japanese Dance, who is also active on the world stage as a female impersonator. Members of Asakusa Ukonya, a professional dance group led by Ukon, will transform you into a wonderful female impersonator. In addition to authentic costumes, we will help you create your own work, from the initial meeting to the photo shoot in a private space that requires a reservation. Of course, anyone can enjoy it regardless of gender or nationality! Empty-handed is OK. No need to prepare anything. First, you will change into a kimono. Dressing and simple hair setting will be done here. We also have bags, sandals, and tabi that match your kimono. You will wear a kimono and enjoy lunch and walking around the city. As an option, it is also possible to request a photo shoot by a professional photographer or a professional hair and makeup artist. Rickshaw rides around the city are also wonderful (rickshaws run from April to October).
