とっても楽しかったし、抹茶も美味しかったです!練り切り作りをしましたが、わかりやすく教えていただきました。 ただ、お客さんが多かったこともあり、店員さんが他の机にいることが多く、待ち時間が多く感じたため4.5とさせて頂きました。ですが、全体的にすごく楽しい体験が出来ました。ありがとうございました!

"Otofu" is one of Kyoto's representative ingredients. We will make soy milk and okara, and make everything from "Oboro tofu" to "Momen tofu". The freshly made "Oboro tofu" is exceptionally delicious, and can only be tasted during this experience! The finished "Otofu" will be boiled in hot water and enjoyed. *The experience will be a collaborative effort in groups of 2-3 people. 主婦4人の温泉旅行で練り切り作りに参加しました。1時間ほどで3つの和菓子を作るのですが、同じ色付けでもそれぞれが違う色になり、ハサミを使って模様をつけるなども本格的で楽しめました。お土産として持ち帰り、家族との会話も弾み、オススメです。
