Kairi is a renovated old house located in the inland scenery of Awaji Island, where the traditional scenery remains. You can enjoy dishes that are carefully prepared one by one using local ingredients, tableware, and space that the owner is particular about, and the scenery will relax your mind. The owner is particular about using seasonal ingredients that correspond to the seasons of Awaji Island! As much as possible, he uses locally grown and locally harvested ingredients. Kintsugi is a repair technique in which cracks, chips, and other damaged parts of ceramics are glued together with lacquer and decorated with gold and other metal powder. It is also called Kintsukuroi. At our salon, we use simple lacquer instead of real lacquer, and we finish at a reasonable price. Tableware that holds a special meaning can be revived by Kintsugi, and upgraded by applying gold. We accept lessons and orders. This is a fishpond-style dolphin pool located in Fukura Bay on the south side of Awaji Island. You can swim with dolphins, kiss them, shake their hands, and experience other things in a location that is a little different from an aquarium. This is a very satisfying course where you can swim with the dolphins and feel and learn about their skin and cries up close.
