This is a trek that goes all around the Shiretoko Five Lakes designated as a special reserve of Shiretoko National Park, UNESCO's World Natural Heritage Area, including elevated wooden paths. This is Japan's first revolutionary Forest Adventure experience in which a licensed leader guides the area where brown bears live. In addition to the lake, you can observe seasonally changing nature, such as sika deer, red fox, wild birds, alpine plants, and autumn leaves. Because they are not fed, all creatures they encounter are real wildlife. Please contact us as it may be possible to respond to times that are not in the selection column.

Summer in Hokkaido is something that everyone wants to visit at least once. We will guide you through "Okhotsk", which is rich in nature even in Hokkaido, for a leisurely day. The theme of the Shiretoko area is "to fully enjoy nature". In the morning, a guided walk around the Shiretoko Goko Lakes takes you through the representative fields of Shiretoko. We will pick you up at a restaurant in Utoro for lunch. The remaining half day is trekking in the primeval forest. We will take you to a place with a superb view of cliffs and waterfalls by walking along the animal trail. You can immerse yourself in the charm of the world natural heritage Shiretoko through encounters with wild animals and dynamic scenery. *If the Shiretoko Five Lakes are closed due to brown bear appearances, snowfall, etc., there may be cases where the morning and afternoon tours are replaced, another course is offered, and the tour ends in half a day (in that case, a refund will be given). Please forgive me in advance. ◆This facility is registered as a nationwide travel support store that handles regional coupons. "Regional Coupons" can only be used for local payments.

I thought it was a light tracking experience, but I had an interesting time while tracking and listening to the guide's professional explanation of plants and brown bears in Shiretoko National Park. Thank you for explaining in Japanese and English once in a while for foreigners who can't speak Japanese and for taking care not to lose interest. I think I'm lucky to meet Okhotsk Jinendo guide company and Kanako guide through Activity Japan. If I visit Shiretoko, I will apply for another fun experience. I had a great time today.

Shiretoko is a peninsula surrounded by the sea. We will walk through a wonderful environment where you can experience the great nature created by the mountains and the sea. During the afternoon stroll through the virgin forest, you will be able to enjoy a private walk through nature where you will hardly see anyone. Recommended for those who don't want to walk in the same places as other guided tours and want to explore special places that are different from other people. Depending on the season, there are places where you can walk through plants that are about as tall as you are. In the morning, everyone will visit the Shiretoko Goko Lakes. Enjoy a leisurely paced stroll for 3 hours. A nature guide will guide you through the approximately 3km course with few ups and downs, providing an easy-to-understand explanation of Shiretoko's ecosystem. Why do not you go out to Lake Rausu, the largest lake in the Shiretoko Peninsula? The area around Lake Rausu with an altitude of 600 to 700 m is an environment equivalent to 2000 to 2500 m in central Honshu. Stop by the large and small four swamps of different facial expressions, and aim for Lake Rausu while enjoying encounters with alpine plants and wetland plants. If it's clear, we'll head to a scenic spot where you can see all the way to Cape Shiretoko, the tip of the Shiretoko Peninsula. The walk is not a promenade, but an exciting course that follows an animal trail. Along the way, there is a place where you can see a waterfall cascading from a cliff over 100m high, allowing you to enjoy the dynamic scenery of Shiretoko. The forest, home to wild animals such as brown bears, Ezo deer, and black woodpeckers, and the spectacular view overlooking the Sea of Okhotsk, where drift ice comes in winter, are recommended for those who want to experience the World Heritage Site of Shiretoko. It's a forest walk that will make you feel the great nature of Shiretoko and make you want to take a deep breath.

Walking through the secondary forest affected by the exploitation, you can see the majestic Shiretoko mountain from the natural grasslands, and from the observation deck you can see the Flepe waterfall flowing down from the cliff. Wild birds that can be observed for each environment, such as forested wild birds such as yellowfish, grassland birds such as white-faced red wild birds, sea birds such as sea bass, are different during walks. It is a short boardwalk, but the characteristic of Shiretoko is a promising walkway.
