If you are interested in more, there are scenic photo spots, shrines and local markets in this town. We will also guide you to steamed food shops, sushi and seafood that only locals know, and restaurants that suit you. Kannawa Onsen is a hot spring town. Take a break for about 30 minutes at a stylish cafe, using local ingredients for local consumption. We will drive you to Umi Jigoku, where Beppu's unique blue hot springs flow, and explain the hot springs and history. Finally, enjoy the beautiful private hot springs recommended! This course takes you all around the Kushiro Marsh, the 28th national park established and the largest naturally rich low-lying marsh in Japan with the largest horizontal extent. View the Kushiro Marsh from the eastern (western) observation deck, then walk along an unpaved road to the western (eastern) observation deck. If you are confident in your time and stamina, there are also some places you can walk (or climb?) to see, such as the Kottaro Marsh Observation Deck, Sarubo Observation Deck, and Yumegaoka Observation Deck. Along the way, you might encounter red-crowned cranes, Ezo deer, or Ezo red foxes (which appear irregularly).
