You won't be annoyed by the weather condition! The kitchen is beautifil. In the beginning, there is a lecture about Japanese fermented foods (koji and miso) then we cook lunch together:- Rice- Miso soup- Main dish (Sautéed chicken or deep fried tofu (for vegans)- Two vegetable side dishes- Dessert* The venue might be changed to other areas such as Shinjuku. We will inform you when we receive your booking.* Vegan version is available but we will share the kitchen with non-vegan version. Full-time instructors, including instructors who have experience appearing in media such as television, will give lessons. Vegetarians, Muslims and other people with dietary restrictions can also be accommodated. A dedicated interpreter guide will accompany you so that you don't miss a detailed explanation about the soup stock and dishes. The studio where the lesson will be held depends on the number of students, so we will inform you of the meeting place after the reservation is confirmed. ~ Lesson menu ~ We will make udon from udon + tempura noodles.
