The Mushio area of Yokoshibahikari-cho, Sanbu-gun, Chiba Prefecture, where the rural landscape of sparkling flames and dancing rice spreads out and the Buddhist play "Kiraigo" (a nationally designated important intangible folk cultural property) has been going on for 800 years. Milky Queen rice, which is produced here, won a gold medal at a rice contest. The best rice is cooked in a stove made from this soil. Experience the "world's best rice ball" in the best environment provided by Mushio's stove. Local grandmothers are also looking forward to meeting you. "Earth" The stove is made from clayey ground soil. Nearby is the Tonozuka Himezuka, where many haniwa clay figures have been excavated. Balance your mind and body with "earthing," a health method that involves walking barefoot on the soil. "Water" All locally grown crops are grown with water from Mushio. Mushio's groundwater is used for cooking rice. In spring and summer, water is spread over the entire rice paddy field. "Fire" The flames of burning fallen bamboo from Kosaiji Temple generate a large amount of heat, cooking the most delicious rice. Ema votive plaques are burned at the goma ceremony at Naritasan Shinshoji Temple, and their wishes are fulfilled. "Wind" Try being blown by the comfortable wind of Mushio. A 2-day, 1-night tour of Omikawa-tei, an old folk house with a history of over 150 years since the Edo period, located in Tako-cho, Chiba Prefecture, with overnight stay. On the first day, participants enjoyed sweets and coffee at a cafe in the town, followed by a tour of a Japanese temple and a Japanese sweets making experience. After checking in, guests will enjoy Japanese cultural experiences (tea ceremony, calligraphy, etc.), Tako rice rice ball making experience, and dinner at the accommodation facility, Omikawa-tei. The next day, we will stop at roadside stations and other places while touring the rural scenery of the town.

A cycling tour around the town while enjoying the nature and rural landscape of Tako Town. By cycling, you will tour the town with a local guide, including the rolling farmland and the Kuriyama River, which can be described as the original scenery of Japan. You will also interact with the locals and make thick rolls using Tako rice, a specialty of Tako Town.

●We will visit your favorite place and have you watch a soba-making demonstration and eat the freshly made soba on the spot. ●1kg (about 10 servings) will be made on the spot, but you can add a soba meal. ●If you wish, you can also have a simple experience such as stretching the soba. ●We will borrow a kitchen to boil and wash the soba. ●You will need to prepare the venue, or if we prepare the venue, an additional fee will be charged. ~Experience flow~① Preparation Bring a set of soba-making tools and prepare them at the venue. (30 minutes) ② Soba-making demonstration We will demonstrate how to make soba while explaining it here.
