Relaxing yoga on a beautiful, tranquil beach. Time to receive in your mind and body the power of Ishigaki Island's rich nature and the beautiful sea, the healing power, and gifts from the earth. We will take you to a quiet natural beach away from the city center. It's a small group class, so it's safe for those new to yoga or beginners. We will proceed slowly depending on the condition of each participant. Enjoy a luxurious time surrounded by nature. ～Flow of the day～① Pick up from your accommodation or remote island terminal, go to the beach or meet at the site ② Introduction (5 minutes) ③ Beach yoga (approx. 70 minutes) ④ Tea time (20 minutes) *In case of rain, you can avoid the rain and enjoy the view Yoga will be held in a suitable location or in a dedicated studio.

This is a half-day tour where you can experience nature and mangroves by kayaking at the mouth of the Urauchi River, the longest river in Okinawa Prefecture. It is a safe field for kayaking beginners, children (from 3 years old), and those with low physical strength, as it is not easily affected by wind or waves. It can also be enjoyed by elderly people (65-75 years old). We will also go to the star sand beach and observe the star sand. If you wish, we will give you a tour photo. ~Tour flow~ 9:30 Pick up at Uehara Port (If staying at Iriomote Island, pick up at the hotel around 9:00) 10:00 Arrive at the departure point of Urauchi River, tour explanation, paddle training, departure 11:30 Tour ends Go to the star sand beach, observe the star sand 12:30 Lunch time at our cafe, change clothes 14:30 Go to Ishigaki Island by boat from Uehara Port (We will send you to the hotel around 14:00) *You can also participate in the Barasu Island snorkeling tour from noon as an option.
