Mt. Motchomu is not so high, but it is a tough mountain trail with steep slopes and some parts where you can use your arms. Climb shortly after a break and use the rope for the last 30 minutes. In particular, climbing with the last rope requires not only nerves but also upper body strength. It is a round-trip course of about 7 hours. Noboru Yamaguchi entrance is located on the waterfall of Chihiro, from prefectural road to the waterfall of Chihiro takes about 1 hour and walk. Tachudake is located in the north of Yakusugi Land and can be seen from the entrance of Yakusugi Land and the town of Awa. This course starts from Yakusugi Land, climbs Tachudake on the way, and returns to the Yakusugi Land course. It's easy to walk for the first 90 minutes, but when it's near the top of Mt. Tachu, it gets steeper and there are places where you can use a rope. The view from the top is wonderful, and you can see Tanegashima At the top of the mountain is a large granite with a height of 40m, which can be called a scapolite. This scapolite can be seen from various places on the island. In this course, you can see various plants and scenery such as big cedar, fir, hemlock, and rhododendron. We will leave Yakusugi Land on the way and trek through Yakushima In the one-day course, you will walk through Yakusugi Land and follow the Ishizuka sidewalk. From here, you will enter the "real forest", and it will be a dynamic road where not only Yakusugi but also giant fir and hemlock trees spread out beside the course. After walking for about 2 hours, you will enter the World Heritage Site and arrive at Yamato Sugi, which is said to have the second longevity of Yakusugi after Jomon Sugi.

Shiratani Unsuikyo is a forest of greenery and water, which is the image of Yakushima The full-day tour walks the primeval forest course. Yakusugi: You can see (2nd generation cedar, Sanbon cedar, Sanbonyari cedar, Bugyo cedar). Even in Shiratani Unsuikyo, this course is relatively quiet with few people, so you can enjoy your time. There are various types of moss in this wetland area it is the best attraction in Shiratani Unsuikyo! After passing the Shiratani hut, you will arrive at the Moss Forest. After passing the moss forest, crossing the Tsuji Pass, and climbing the steep uphill, you will arrive at Taikoiwa. From Taikoiwa, you can see Mt. Miyanoura, the highest peak Kyushu In spring, it is a beautiful view with wild cherry blossoms blooming all over. On the way back, we will return along the Kusugawa sidewalk. On the way, you can see big cedars such as seven cedars and kuguri cedars. There are several rivers running through Shiratani Unsuikyo, which may be closed due to danger during heavy rains.
