Why not spend a luxurious time in the great outdoors on a guided tour of Shiretoko? We offer free binoculars rentals for all of our guided tours. This is a guided tour where you can use binoculars to carefully observe the wild animals, wild birds, plants and flowers that inhabit Shiretoko, a World Heritage Site. Why not take a peek at the lives of wild animals that you normally can't see, such as Ezo deer, Ezo red foxes, Ezo squirrels and wild birds? Enjoy Shiretoko with a guided tour that can be enjoyed by families, couples, and any group. [Guidance time] The tour ends 3 hours after the start time. Note: If the start time is 14:00, the tour ends at 17:00. *There are limited time slots for the Shiretoko Five Lakes Walking Lecture, so if we cannot accommodate your request, we will guide you to the closest tour start time. [Walk flow] *Starts at 14:00, 13:45 Please gather at the Shiretoko Five Lakes Field House. ↓14:00 Start the tour with a lecture at the Shiretoko Five Lakes Field House. ↓ Stroll around the Shiretoko Five Lakes (approximately 3 km) ↓17:00 Return to the Shiretoko Five Lakes parking lot The tour ends and the tour is dismissed. ＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊※If a brown bear is spotted, the trail may be closed. If the trail is closed before the walk, the tour may be canceled or the walking location may be changed. If the trail is closed during the walk, the tour may turn back halfway. Take a relaxing two-seater kayak down the Tokachi River, a large river that flows slowly for about 6 km. You are in charge of rowing yourself! The guide will support you in a separate kayak. Let's go on a river trip together ^^ If you're lucky, you might encounter rare wild birds such as the red-crowned crane or the white-tailed eagle, or even observe the willow tree, which has a very small habitat in Japan! We also recommend looking out over the majestic Hidaka Mountains from the river for a beautiful view. On the way, in Nakasu, you can collect obsidian (Tokachi stone) that can only be found here and take it home as a souvenir! ! It looks like a stone on the riverbank, but inside it's actually beautiful black glass. You'll feel like you're looking for a little gem. It's on until November! *In November, only morning tours are available. *During busy periods such as July and August, the tour may start at 10:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. In that case, we will contact you by email or phone the day before.

It is a canoeing experience of about 8 km on the Kushiro River, which flows through the Kushiro Marsh. The meeting place is JR Senmo Line, Toya Station. This is the most downstream course starting from Hosooka Canoe Port and going down to Iwahogi Floodgate. This area retains the original appearance of the marshland with few trees and many open landscapes. The meandering of the Kushiro River is also the most frequent course. Of course, the guide will ride with you, so please leave the operation of the canoe to us. We also have a Kushiro Wetland long course of about 17 km that combines the forest course and the wilderness course! 〜Experience Flow〜 (For the 8:00 course) Meet at 8:00 JR Senmo Line Toya Station Please be at Toya Station at the start time of the tour. (If you are late, please let me know.) When we meet, we will park your car at Toya Station and move to Hosooka Station in my car. (Reception will be done inside the train) 8:15 Arrive at JR Senmo Line Hosooka Station When you arrive at Hosooka Station, after using the toilet, move to the starting point, Hosooka Canoe Port. 8:35 Canoe preparation, safety talk When you arrive at the Hosooka canoe port, prepare for canoeing and give a safety explanation for canoeing. 8:45 Departure! When you're ready, let's go! If you wish, we will also take a commemorative photo here during the experience. 10:05 Arrive at Iwahogi Floodgate! About 1 hour and 20 minutes canoeing experience. While the canoe is being put away, I will ask you to look at the marsh from a little higher ground. 10:30 Move from Iwahogi Water Gate to Toya Station and disband.

It is a canoeing experience of about 17 kilometers on the Kushiro River, which flows through the Kushiro Marsh. The meeting place is JR Senmo Line, Toya Station. It is a long course to enjoy the marshlands from Lake Toro to Hosooka Canoe Port to Iwahogi Floodgate. The first half is a forest course with many trees even in the wetlands. In the second half, there are few trees in the marshland, and the original appearance of the marshland remains with many open landscapes. There is also a toilet break at Hosooka Canoe Port on the way. Recommended for those who want to enjoy the wetlands for a long time. Of course, the guide will ride with you, so please leave it to those who are not confident in the operation and physical strength of the canoe. 〜Experience Flow〜 (For the 5:00 course) Meet at 5:00 JR Senmo Line Toya Station Please be at Toya Station at the start time of the tour. (If you are late, please let me know.) When we meet, we will park the customer's car at Toya Station and move to Toro Station in my car. (Reception will be done inside the train) 5:30 Arrive at JR Senmo Line Toro Station When you arrive at Toro Station, go to the toilet and move to the starting point, Lake Toro. 5:50 Canoe preparation, safety talk When you arrive at Lake Toro, prepare for canoeing and give a safety explanation for canoeing. 6:00 Departure! When you're ready, let's go! First half, about 9 km. From Lake Toro to Hosooka Canoe Port. If you wish, we will also take a commemorative photo here during the experience. 7:30 Arrive at Hosooka Canoe Port! The first half is a canoe experience of about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Since Hosooka Station is nearby, we will take a restroom break here. 8:00 Second half start! The second half is about 8 km. From Hosooka Canoe Port to Iwahogi Water Gate. 9:20 Arrive at Iwahogi Water Gate! While the canoe is being put away, I will have you look at the marsh from a little higher ground. 10:00 Move from Iwahogi Water Gate to Toya Station and disband.
