You won't be annoyed by the weather condition! The kitchen is beautifil. In the beginning, there is a lecture about Japanese fermented foods (koji and miso) then we cook lunch together:- Rice- Miso soup- Main dish (Sautéed chicken or deep fried tofu (for vegans)- Two vegetable side dishes- Dessert* The venue might be changed to other areas such as Shinjuku. We will inform you when we receive your booking.* Vegan version is available but we will share the kitchen with non-vegan version.
