The time it takes to choose a kimono and change your luggage varies from person to person, so we expect you to stay in the store for about an hour. *If you are wearing a yukata (summer only) The fabric of a yukata is thinner and more see-through than a regular kimono. We had a great time at this Samurai experience. We learned how to greet like a Samurai, a few attack and defend moves, as well as got to use a katana. The Samurai master was patient and very nice. We took some great photos and videos also. Overall it was a great experience that I would very much recommend.
