I love watching the ocean and traveling to resorts, and I've continued to get power and healing from various oceans around the world. Sunsets, in particular, show different colors depending on the place and time, and I feel the power of nature that cannot be expressed in words. After graduating from university, I built a career as an interior designer, but when I first learned about marine resin art, I was fascinated by this special technique of art that expresses the sea, and began creating it on my own. By using the special sole and pattern, you can choose your favorite pattern, sole, and material to make a pair of original shoes that is one of a kind in the world in one day! Children are welcome! If you would like to participate with more people than the capacity, we can hold the workshop at the workshop cafe, which is a 5-minute walk from the atelier, so please feel free to contact us. ⚫︎Workshop flow 1: Choose a pattern For those making shoes for the first time: ・Derby ・Macalon ・Plain ・Open For those who are making shoes for the second pair and have experience in handcrafting: ・Hi-Top ・Lofer ・Sneaker *Rubber comes in 5 colors (black / beige / pink / khaki / navy) *Can be customized to lace-up shoes *If you would like to make tassels as well, an optional fee (+¥3,500) will be charged. 2: Choose a sole You can choose from 3 types.・Flat/White Size 33-45・Platform/White (+¥1,100) *Sizes are from 35 to 40・Platform/Black (+¥1,100) *Sizes are from 35 to 403: Choose a sizeWe offer unisex sizes from 22.5cm to 29cm in 0.5cm increments. Express the Hawaiian ocean on a palm-sized real shell! Draw the ocean and waves with resin (a hardening material), and after it hardens, add plumeria and coral pieces to complete the design. You can take it home after you finish it. On the day, we will gather at 13:00, move to the experience location, start arranging, and finish around 14:30.
