蕎麦打ち初めての仲間で先生ご指導のもと、悪戦苦闘しながらも楽しく体験ができました。 蕎麦の試食では、自分達が切った蕎麦と先生が切った蕎麦との味の違いにビックリしました。 切り方ひとつで違うのだと、蕎麦作りの深さを知ることが出来ました。 終始賑やかな仲間との体験でしたが、丁寧にご指導頂き、よい経験になりました。 事前の問い合わせにも丁寧に対応頂きありがとうございました。
