The upstream is relatively rapid, the midstream meanders greatly, and the downstream flows slowly. The area around Natural Groove, located in the midstream, has few man-made structures and is filled with nature. In addition to experiencing the typical rafting experience of going down the rapids on a rafting boat and diving into rocky areas, you can also enjoy river SUP on the gentle current. The canyoning tour is deep in the Nakatsu Valley. You can use a rope to go down to places that people normally cannot enter, and swim through the valley to clear the water. The beauty of the valley and the clarity of the water are overwhelming! Let's go on an adventure! All you need to bring is a swimsuit and a towel. We will lend you all the warm equipment (wetsuit, thick socks, gloves). Starting in March, you can jump into the water and play! The guide will take lots of photos and videos with a waterproof camera during the tour! Photos and videos will be given to you free of charge after the tour! If the canyoning tour is canceled due to bad weather or flooding of the river on weekends and holidays in May, July 13th to August 31st, and weekends and holidays in September, it will automatically be changed to a packraft tour or rafting tour. Both the packraft tour and the rafting tour are great activities that are just as good as the canyoning tour. The charm of the Shimanto River is that rapids and gentle currents alternate. If you want to ride the current of the Shimanto River and go down the river, we recommend the River SUP experience. Go on an adventure down the Shimanto River while looking at the "submerged bridge" that is synonymous with the Shimanto River and the beautiful river scenery that cannot be seen from the road! It is a course of about 6 km starting from the submerged bridge and returning to Mishima Campsite in half a day, tackling two rapids. Before departure, SIJ and SUPA certified instructors will give a thorough lecture on the basics of SUP and river safety. You will be addicted to the exhilaration of paddling a long distance and riding the rapids! If you are worried about children or others going through rapids, we will respond flexibly, such as having the guide ride the SUP, so please do not worry.

Cycle the Shimanto River and go up the river while crossing subsidence bridges, and go down the river with your bicycle from your favorite place according to the season and weather conditions! You can buy lunch and eat it on the river, or if the timing is right, you can go up the river and eat local Shimanto River cuisine! (Lunch is at your own expense), and you can have an adventure that fits your taste and physical fitness. You can enjoy the whole day, or you can finish it in a short time with only the delicious parts. The basic route is fixed, but everything depends on your request as an adventurer! The Kagami River, which flows through Kochi City, has its source in the mountainous area of ​​Kochi City, and has contributed to the prosperity of the city. It is said that Ryoma Sakamoto also swam there, and near the river mouth there is an island called Maruyamadai, which is associated with Taisuke Itagaki. In 2021, it will also be the setting for the anime “The Dragon and the Freckled Princess” directed by Mamoru Hosoda. Packrafts are smaller, lighter, and more stable than canoe kayaks. The paddle is the same as a kayak, with blades on both ends, so even first-time paddlers can easily maneuver it. The view of the city seen from above the river looks different and offers a fresh perspective. It is a 2-hour experience to explore Kagami River by packraft. You may be able to observe a surprising number of living creatures, which is part of the fun.
