Originally it had a rocket-like appearance, but it was renovated and reopened in April 2003 and seems to have taken on its current appearance imitating a candle. You can use the elevator to go up to the observation deck, but we recommend the all-glass staircase on the way down. *The boat is currently heated. You can enjoy a comfortable stay even in winter. The first of our best day trip plans for Hamamatsu is a special plan where you can stay in the secret boathouse "BOATHOUSE" built on the shores of Lake Hamana. This boathouse cannot be reached by land. It is an adventurous way to arrive, approaching by boat and then transferring to a kayak or rubber boat to land. Although it is an old building, it has been fully renovated and is now able to welcome only one group of guests. *Tour duration: 2 hours cruising + 3 hours stay in the boathouse, totalling 5 hours (private hire). *The tour can be held even in rainy weather. (In the event of rain, we will use a nearby pier to land.)
