From March to May holidays, we will be holding a wild vegetable tour at the foot of Mt. Fuji in Yamanashi Prefecture. There are two sessions, AM and PM, where you search for wild vegetables in the fields with a wild vegetable guide, and the tour ends with making tempura and eating them. This is a tour where you will learn about the points of catching wild vegetables, how to cook them, and take them home with you. This tour is suitable for families, toddlers, and elementary school students. If you are using a train or bus, we can also pick you up and drop you off at Kawaguchiko Station. Get off at Shinjuku Busta bound for Kawaguchiko Station. Wild vegetables to be collected: Tara buds, Udo, Zenmai, Kogomi, Japanese pepper leaves, and others. What to bring: UpDawn trekking shoes. Walk for over an hour through rocky fields. There are height differences. Bags, hats, and drinks for take-home items: 1 set of tempura making tools, wild vegetables for take-home orders, and more.
