You will be able to observe a special ritual called the ``knife ceremony'' at Japan's only shrine dedicated to the god of cooking. We will conduct a monitor tour for the purpose of planning and developing a new SDGs-type education program. During the tour, Waseda University students act as tour guides and guide students around the university campus where they usually spend their time, as well as shopping malls lined with restaurants that satisfy students' appetites. In the future, we plan to disseminate this tour both domestically and internationally as an example of students and the local community (shopping association) working on sustainable town development.
