You can enjoy the scenery slowly as you will come with a relatively large cruiser with a cabin. The ship is also equipped with a flush toilet and can be operated even in the rain. Cruising on the 2nd floor deck is exceptional. * Depending on the wind and wave conditions, you may not be able to enter the cave.

The small wooden houses here are small shops selling basically handmade unique accessories such as glass crafts, paper crafts, hand-painted paintings, and crafts made from dried lavender from Furano. Every shop is small and exquisite, and every product is sold only here and is one of a kind. The lights that are lit up at night are very romantic. Furano Wine Research Institute - "Furano Wine" made with locally grown grapes (sold only on days Fairy Terrace is closed) Half a century ago, in the 1960s, there were no grape vines in Furano, except for wild grapes that grew in the mountains. With a climate and terroir similar to Europe, Furano has a strong passion for winemaking, and the Furano City Grape and Fruit Research Institute was established to specialize in growing grapes for wine. More than 50 years have passed since its founding. During this time, many passionate people have participated in experimental research and product development, and today's popular Furano Wine was born. While there are wineries that use imported grapes, Furano Wine adheres to its founding spirit of "stimulating local agriculture through the wine business" and continues to make wine using locally grown grapes in Furano. We are a group of 5 pax and we had a great walk with Kanako san as our guide. We saw bear claws mark on the tree, bear paws print, deer skull and things we would have miss if we were to walk on our own. A deer suddenly ran towards us and stayed with us during our walk and Kanako San told us it not a good sign as the deer might have been spooked by a bear. It was a beautiful and exciting walk for us. Highly recommend Kanako san for your guided walk.

This course takes you all around the Kushiro Marsh, the 28th national park established and the largest naturally rich low-lying marsh in Japan with the largest horizontal extent. View the Kushiro Marsh from the eastern (western) observation deck, then walk along an unpaved road to the western (eastern) observation deck. If you are confident in your time and stamina, there are also some places you can walk (or climb?) to see, such as the Kottaro Marsh Observation Deck, Sarubo Observation Deck, and Yumegaoka Observation Deck. Along the way, you might encounter red-crowned cranes, Ezo deer, or Ezo red foxes (which appear irregularly).

From Hosooka Observatory (east side), you can see the Kushiro Marsh and the meandering Kushiro River in the Kushiro Marsh, the 28th national park and the largest naturally rich low-lying marsh in Japan with a horizontal spread. The view from Hosooka Observatory, also known as the "Great View," is spectacular, and on a clear day you can see the Akan Mountains. Watching the sunset from Hosooka Observatory has also become popular recently. The untouched Hosooka Observatory is an observation deck that cannot be reached by large tourist buses. There is also a course that combines the Norokko train ride, where you can ride one way through the marsh from Kushiro city to Hosooka Observatory to Kushiro city, and then take a taxi back to see the Kushiro Marsh from a different angle.
