The brown sugar you made is a souvenir. In the second half of the banana sweets making experience, after a tour of the island banana fields, you can easily make banana ice cream with (1) baked bananas caramelized with brown sugar and (2) a mixer. ➤ Miyakojima Okinawa-Brown sugar production-Farmers who practice hands-on tourism will guide you, so you will be surprised and convinced of "Hey-ho-". ➤ Understand "from the field to the table"! We start by splitting real bamboo and making a platform for nagashi somen! We harvest the vegetables to be cooked in the pesticide-free vegetable field and cook them together. The menu is vegetarian (vegan). Enjoy freshly picked seasonal vegetables. Nagashi somen is an experience where you neatly assemble split bamboo and eat the noodles that flow under water. The nagashi somen platform made from real bamboo is very beautiful, fun and a wonderful experience. After the meal, you can also try your hand at bamboo crafts if you wish.

This is an experience program unique to Shizuoka, the tea-producing region, where you can learn about tea from farmers at a tea plantation where high-quality tea is produced using the Chagusaba farming method, a World Agricultural Heritage Site, and enjoy a time spent making delicious tea with the tea farmers. ~Procedure of the experience~ 10:00/13:00 Gather at Tabinosha/Reception 10:15/13:15 Spend time in the tea fields talking with farmers and helping with their work.
