This plan includes balloon delivery to hotels and restaurants near Tokyo. It will add a touch of elegance to special occasions during your trip, such as birthdays, anniversaries, and surprises. How to use: 1️⃣ Book a hotel or restaurant Make a reservation for accommodation or dining. 2️⃣ Check with the delivery address Contact the hotel or restaurant you have booked and confirm that they can deliver and collect balloons. 3️⃣ Order balloons Specify your desired design and delivery date and time when placing your order. 4️⃣ Pick up at the venue on the day You can collect your items from the hotel front desk or restaurant staff on the day. - If you wish to decorate, permission from the hotel or restaurant is required. Please be sure to check in advance. *As a general rule, we do not provide on-site decoration services. - Delivery areas: Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama
