紀淡海峡に浮かぶ無人島 友ヶ島にある明治以降に築かれた迷路のような砲台跡内部を懐中電灯を片手に探検するツアーです。友ヶ島は天空の城ラピュタやアニメサマータイムレンダの舞台となったとても神秘的なアイランドです。友ヶ島乗船場から船で約２０分で沖ノ島野奈浦桟橋到着。約２時間かけて本ツアーの見所第三砲台跡を散策し四国や淡路島が一望できるタカノス展望台を経て野奈浦桟橋にもどる約２時間の行程です。
ご要望がありましたら追加料金なしに友ヶ島灯台や第二砲台まで足を延ばすことができます。
所要時間は約３時間30分です。 ゆっくり島内をめぐっていただけ、またラピュカフェで軽食
なども可能です。

第三砲台は明治２３年から３６年にかけて築造された由良要塞最大の砲台跡です。その重厚なたたずまいは今なお美しい外観を有しています。
目の前に淡路島、遠くに四国が見渡せます。また下方には友ヶ島灯台が見え、時折紀淡海峡を通り大阪港や神戸港に入るコンテナ船や豪華客船が見えます。
淡路島との間の海峡はとても水深が深く多くの外国船の通り道になってます。
色々な外国船を眺めているのも楽しいですよ。
