A yoga meditation that focuses on breathing and posture will bring peace to your mind. After the meditation, you will learn the etiquette of the tea ceremony and the spirit of hospitality, and enjoy the matcha that you have prepared yourself. Clear your mind and your heart with a meditation experience that focuses your attention with breathing and a tea ceremony experience that values once-in-a-lifetime encounters! Focus your attention on the present moment and spend a special time feeling various realizations. The venue is the teahouse of "Sakai Risho no Mori" in Shukuin, the tourist center of Sakai. In the tea ceremony experience, you will experience the basic etiquette of how to enjoy sweets and tea, as well as the etiquette of tea ceremony such as nijiri, seiza, and alcove appreciation. You will enjoy Japanese sweets (fresh sweets) and two cups of matcha (including the matcha that you have prepared yourself).
